• 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent brand by delivering memorable pastry classes and educational experiences.
• Deliver in-store pastry classes that reflect brand passion and follow recipes and plans for consistency.
• Explain technical pastry concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Stay current on products and participate in available training to maintain expertise.
• Drive class revenue by promoting retail items used in classes and ensuring high enrollment.
