Job summary

Michaels Stores in Bakersfield, CA is hiring a Store Team Member to assist customers, restock shelves, and operate checkout lanes with friendly service. You will handle unloading trucks, stocking, and adherence to store policies while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Handle cash and deliver a fast, friendly checkout.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Stock, unload trucks, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, shrink and safety programs as assigned.
