Job summary

Michaels is looking for a store team member in LA-ORANGE, CA to deliver friendly customer service and assist with in-store shopping, checkout, and product location. You will help with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance while supporting omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.

Nights, weekends and early mornings are typical work hours. The role emphasizes a fast checkout, adherence to SOPs, and promoting rewards programs.

Qualifications

Retail experience preferred
Good customer interaction skills
Ability to perform checkout operations to standard

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
Maintain merchandise and store recovery, including returns and go backs
Support shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence
