Job summary

Michaels in Burbank is seeking a part-time Service Team Member to assist customers, ring up purchases, and keep shelves stocked. You’ll unload trucks, stock, and support planograms to ensure an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities include helping customers with purchases, engaging in the rewards program, and supporting Omni-channel operations like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Unload trucks, stock, and maintain planograms.
• Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in store recovery, SISO, and AD set duties.
