Job summary

Under Canvas in Glacier, MT seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead operations across front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and F&B, while guiding staff and maintaining open communication with the GM and HR.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and improving processes to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Travel to other camp locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience or 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple camp locations as required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained in every property department.
• Lead staffing decisions with GM and HR, including offers and onboarding deadlines.
• Oversee camp operations and budgeting efforts.
• Evaluate and report on NPS and eNPS action plans.
• Respond to guest reviews in a timely manner and maintain guest focus.
