Job summary

Under Canvas Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a seasonal, non-exempt role in Livingston, MT.

You will partner with the GM and AGM to ensure outstanding guest experiences and oversee Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams. You will be deeply involved in customer service excellence, daily operations, and staff development across front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role for at least 1 year in hospitality or service industries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead diverse teams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained in multiple property departments.
• Provide clear expectations to the team across operations areas.
• Coordinate guest experience with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
• Assist in interviews and hiring; observe corrective actions.
• Manage time and payroll for Rooms department; oversee staffing needs.
• Communicate goals and maintain positive work environment.
• Support guest and team member issue resolution promptly.
