Job summary

Under Canvas seeks a 2027 Operations Supervisor for Paradise Valley, MT. This seasonal, non-exempt role supports the GM/AGM to ensure top-tier guest experiences across front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage, while leading Camp Concierge and Housekeeping teams.

Responsibilities include cross-training, critical thinking, delegating tasks, and maintaining SOPs. A high school diploma and hospitality supervisory experience are preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or applicable work experience.
• Experience in a supervisory position for at least 1 year, hospitality experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained in multiple property departments.
• Think critically to respond quickly to changing on-property situations.
• Deliver clear expectations to the team in all operational areas.
• Maintain a positive and professional communications.
• Support guest and team member issues quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in interviews and hiring processes.
• Observe corrective action delivery to team members.
• Delegate tasks ensuring follow-through and completion.
• Able to run the camp and work independently with minimal oversight.
• Identify ways to streamline processes for efficiency.
• Establish relationships with local businesses and communities.
• Develop creative outlets to engage team members and show appreciation.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and attendance for the Rooms department.
• Participate in camp-level and company-wide meetings.
