Under Canvas in West Yellowstone, MT seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the seasonal camp. The AGM leads customer service and operations across front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage.

You will set clear expectations, supervise staffing with the GM and HR, and drive efficiency, safety, and hospitality standards while building relationships with local partners and guests.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum supervisory/management experience as listed in the ad.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Cross trained in each property department.
• Travel to other camp locations for task force work when requested.
• Think critically to respond to changing situations on property.
• Deliver clear expectations to the team in all operational areas.
• Collaborate with GM and HR to support staffing and retention.
• Oversee staff housing and housing relations.
• Develop and report on NPS and action plans.
