Job summary

Under Canvas Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a seasonal, non-exempt role in West Yellowstone, MT. You will partner with the GM and AGM to deliver exceptional guest experiences, leading the Camp Concierge and Housekeeping teams while collaborating with front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage teams.

You will help manage hiring, set expectations, respond to guest reviews, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and service quality in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or applicable work experience.
• Experience supervising hospitality staff or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams.
• Assist in interviews and hiring; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll, and attendance for Rooms department.
• Communicate goals and expectations to the team and maintain a guest-focused environment.
