You will work onsite in Green Bay, WI, with a contract through the season. Qualifications include strong customer service skills and IT education, along with troubleshooting experience.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Education, coursework, or certifications in Information Technology.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues with end users over the phone.
• Previous help desk, service desk, or technical support experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Salesforce experience is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and support tickets.
• Assist with software installations, account setup, login issues, and product navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software-related issues remotely.
• Guide customers through importing company data and resolving data import errors.
• Research system errors and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Manage and update support tickets in Salesforce, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
• Deliver patient, professional, and customer-focused support throughout every interaction.
