You will ensure onboarding and payroll accuracy for seasonal and year-round staff, review time cards, and maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal law. Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate; able to attach/rotate images and PDFs, navigate websites, and use G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Bilingual candidates in both languages will receive strong consideration.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and timeliness of onboarding for seasonal and year-round staff.
• Review time cards and per-diem allowances.
• Maintain employee records in line with state and federal law.
• Resolve payroll questions professionally and step in to help the Controller as needed.
