Brite Nites, INC, a Salt Lake City–based leader in custom holiday and year‑round lighting design, is hiring a seasonal Onboarding Specialist to support our Finance and HR team. You’ll ensure employees are onboarded accurately and paid on time, in compliance with state and federal rules.

This full‑time hourly role runs through January 2027. Responsibilities include owning onboarding for seasonal and year‑round staff, reviewing time cards and per diem, maintaining records, and assisting the

• Bilingual candidates receive strong consideration.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred, not required.

About the role

Brite Nites is hiring a seasonal Onboarding Specialist to support our Finance and HR team from our Salt Lake City office. You'll make sure employees are brought on and paid on time, accurately, and in compliance with state and federal rules. This is a full-time hourly role running through January 2027.

What you'll do

• Own the accuracy and timeliness of onboarding for seasonal and year- round staff
• Review time cards and per- diem allowances
• Maintain employee records in line with state and federal law
• Resolve payroll questions professionally and step in to help the Controller as needed

What you bring

• Strong communication and organization; able to work to tight deadlines
• Computer literate, including ability to attach/ rotate images and pdfs, navigate websites, and operate G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
• Bilingual candidates in both will receive strong consideration
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field preferred, not required
