• Proficient with computers; comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel.

Responsibilities

• On Site will come in at shift start to orient new associates and show them time clocks and break room locations.
• Maintain employee records for SVMS and Swipejobs.
• Maintain accurate assignment roster in Swipejobs and SVMS.
• Ensure accurate orders in Swipejobs; open/close in SVMS.
• Conduct onboarding paperwork and client-required training; upload documents to SVMS.
• Assist associates and clients with issues as they arise.
• Verify timecards with supervisor and submit weekly timecards.
