Brite Nites, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking a seasonal Onboarding Specialist to join our Finance and HR teams from now through January 2027.

You will ensure onboarding and payroll accuracy for seasonal and year-round staff, review time cards, and maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal law. Strong communication, organization, and discretion are essential; bilingual candidates will receive strong consideration, with a Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, HR, or related

• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate; able to attach/rotate images and PDFs, navigate websites, and use G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Bilingual candidates in both languages will receive strong consideration.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred, not required.

About the role

Brite Nites is hiring a seasonal Onboarding Specialist to support our Finance and HR team from our Salt Lake City office. You'll make sure employees are brought on and paid on time, accurately, and in compliance with state and federal rules. This is a full-time hourly role running through January 2027.
