Job summary

Brite Nites is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative for on-site work at our Millcreek, UT HQ. You will manage the full client lifecycle for a book of accounts during our busy season, including renewals, estimates, installs coordination, and end-of-season wrap-up.

Expect 2+ years in office or customer service, proficiency in Outlook/Office suite, and ability to learn Front, Brite Base, and Salesforce quickly. On-site schedule, with bonuses and 36+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years office or customer service experience required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Own full client lifecycle for your accounts: renewal outreach, estimate preparation, install coordination, in-season support, take-down, wrap-up.
• Deliver service standard on every interaction with fast, polite, concise communication.
• Answer calls and emails; send estimates/invoices via email/text; return voicemails promptly.
• Triage inbound requests—maintenance, add-ons, damage, billing—and route as needed.
• Solicit Google reviews and flag negative reviews to management.
