H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Operations Technical Specialist to ensure tax offices are ready for openings and daily operations. You will support setup, branding, signage, and basic maintenance across multiple locations, working with DOCs and TIAs.

This role requires practical hardware experience, reliability, and the ability to travel between offices as needed. A fast-paced, field-based environment with a flexible schedule awaits.

Qualifications

• Basic technical knowledge to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and office technology.
• Ability to follow directions with sound judgment in field environments.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced seasonal role with a flexible schedule.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills for quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, opening, closure, and relocation of seasonal tax offices.
• Install and verify branding elements and office signage for compliance.
• Perform custodial tasks to keep offices clean and ready for operation.
• Carry out routine building maintenance such as replacing bulbs, tiles, and cleaning HVAC vents.
• Identify issues needing certified technicians and notify leadership.
• Install, remove, and support PC hardware across multiple offices.
