Qualifications

• Must hold a valid M.A.S.T. Class 12 or 13 Permit (Washington state serving license).
• Must hold a valid Washington Food Worker Card (Health & Food Safety).
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in Food and Beverage.

Responsabilités

• Set up for daily service including dishware, glassware, silverware, linens and other amenities.
• Serve food & alcohol within state regulations.
• Maintain clean tables and server stations; restock supplies.
• Know the menu and pairings; explain ingredients.
• Provide high level customer service and anticipate guest needs.
• Escort and bus courses in a timely manner; check on tables.
