Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Washington is hiring an Expeditor/Food Runner to ensure proper plating and timely delivery from kitchen to dining tables. The expo serves as the communication link between front and back of house, especially on busy shifts.

The role requires an intermediate ski/snowboard level as part of the mountain environment and weekend/holiday availability; opportunities for growth exist within the Summit House food & beverage team.

Qualifications

• Must ski/snowboard at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timing of food preparation between kitchen and front of house teams.
• Inspect plated dishes for presentation and order specifications.
• Ensure all accompaniments and dietary requests are fulfilled for each order.
• Deliver food to tables promptly with proper service etiquette.
• Communicate clearly with guests when presenting dishes.
