Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Server for seasonal peaks, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager. You will set up dining stations, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure superior guest service in a fast-paced environment on the mountain.

The role requires a valid MST permit, a WA Food Worker Card, and at least 2 years in Food & Beverage. Proficiency with POS systems and ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid M.A.S.T. Class 12 or 13 Permit (Washington state serving license).
• Must hold a valid Washington Food Worker Card (Health & Food Safety).
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in Food and Beverage.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up for daily service including dishware, glassware, silverware, linens and other amenities as directed.
• Serve food & alcoholic beverages in compliance with state laws.
• Clean equipment and maintain clean tables and server stations.
• Stock supplies and prepare backups as needed.
• Explain menu items and pairings; use the POS for orders.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and attend to guests' needs.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Assist in resetting tables and participate in staff meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and health regulations.
