Job summary

Boyne Resorts at Summit at Snoqualmie seeks a friendly server for seasonal guest service, from seating to payment. You'll coordinate with kitchen and bar via POS, deliver timely service, and ensure guest satisfaction during peak periods and holidays.

Prioritize accuracy, cleanliness, and teamwork to create the Summit Experience. Must have a WA Food Worker Card and WA MAST permit; weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Effective English communication and listening skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during service peaks.
• Must hold a valid WA Food Worker Card and WA MAST permit.

Responsibilities

• Capture guest orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams through POS.
• Execute opening and closing service duties with precision.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized service environment.
• Handle transactions accurately, manage payments.
• Complete waste management, inventory replenishment, and equipment maintenance.
• Warmly welcome guests and share daily specials and seasonal offerings.
• Offer personalized recommendations matching guest tastes.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages with proper timing and presentation.
• Support fellow servers during peak service periods and maintain turnover.
