Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage waitlists using designated systems and provide accurate wait times.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus per service standards.
• Maintain awareness of table availability and pacing of service.
• Communicate seating flow with management, servers and support staff.
• Adjust seating plans to optimize guest experience and efficiency.
• Handle inquiries about waitlists, hours and menu offerings.
• Assist servers with setup and preopening work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entry.
• Support service team during peak periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
