Crystal Mountain is hiring a Prep Cook responsible for upholding food handling safety standards and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. You will work at Crystal Mountain in Washington, supporting the Executive Sous Chef and Lead Cook with station readiness and daily prep.

Qualified candidates have basic knife skills, prior kitchen experience, and solid knowledge of food safety as required by Washington State law.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knife skills.
• Must have prior kitchen experience.
• Must possess strong food safety knowledge and demonstrate ability and desire to promote all food handling guidelines as dictated by Washington State law.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety, sanitation, and food preparation standards in accordance with state regulations.
• Maintains clean and stocked station and assists with closing duties and daily prep.
