Snowbird is seeking a seasonal Front Desk Agent at Cliff Lodge to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and provide resort information. You will manage reservations and assist guests with questions about the resort.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing payments, and maintaining guest privacy with a high standard of service. Strong communication and multitasking are essential; weekend availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, speaking, and upsell skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out professionally and courteously.
• Assist guests with reservations and information about the resort.
• Answer phones, process payments, and maintain guest privacy.
• Handle guest questions and resolve complaints.
• Support guest services and update guest contact details.
