Snowbird is seeking a seasonal Front Desk Agent at Cliff Lodge to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and provide resort information. You will manage reservations and assist guests with questions about the resort.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing payments, and maintaining guest privacy with a high standard of service. Strong communication and multitasking are essential; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Snowbird is a unique resort with distinct summer and winter seasons and offers full-time, part-time and seasonal positions. **TITLE:** Front Desk Agent**LOCATION:** Cliff Lodge, Snowbird Resort**STATUS:** Seasonal, Part-time**SCHEDULE:** Varies based on business needs* *You must be available to work both shifts based on business needs, any day of the week including weekends and holidays.** *Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening depending on business levels.* **SUMMARY**As a seasonal Cliff Lodge Front Desk Agent at Snowbird, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout our guest’s stay by exceeding their expectations and performing all duties regarding the operation of the front desk. You will assist guests with check-in and out, give general information about the resort, answer the telephone, make reservations, receive customer complaints, and find solutions, and demonstrate outstanding customer service. **WHAT YOU’LL DO*** Check guests in and out in a professional and friendly manner.* Display the ability to communicate discount and up sell strategies.* Accommodate guests’ special requests and VIP arrivals with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.* Book Lodging Reservations using knowledge of occupancy levels.* Respond to guest questions and resolve customer complaints.* Verify guest payments: process credit cards.* Protect guest privacy.* Assist guests by providing general knowledge of the resort.* Post after hours Sundries shop charges in the PMS system.* Assist guest services (concierge) when needed.* Update guest tiles with phone number & email address at check in.* Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor. **WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred.* Great listening, speaking, presentation, and up sell skills.* Multitasking is a must.* Strong organizational skills.* 18 years of age or older.* A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. **WORK SCHEDULE*** You must be available to work both shifts based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.* Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening depending on business levels. **WORKING CONDITIONS*** Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings.
