Vail Resorts in Wisconsin invites you to join our Concierge team for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll handle guest reservations, pre-arrival contact, and local recommendations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full‑time and part‑time shifts. We provide training; English fluency and a guest‑service mindset are essential. Benefits include wellness programs and Epic perks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest notes into the reservation and concierge system in a timely and complete manner.
• Review all arrivals to ensure all instructions and billing requests have been addressed properly.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
• Active in the promotion of in-house events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
