Job summary

The Museum of Science is seeking a Temporary Membership Associate to support the Membership Operations team onsite in Boston during the peak season. This short-term, part-time role (3 days/week) starts mid-October and ends 12/31/26, with flexible days agreed before start.

Responsibilities include updating records, printing membership cards, and assisting with mailings. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Follow established processes to ensure data hygiene by updating records, inputting corrections, and flagging issues.
• Experience with a CRM or POS system (Salesforce/Ticketure) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere with multiple responsibilities.
• Proven written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to ensure data hygiene by updating records, inputting corrections, and flagging issues.
• Member card fulfillment for those requesting printed cards and gift memberships.
• Assist with in-house mailings.
• Perform other work-related duties as required by Manager.
