Job summary

The Museum of Science in Boston is seeking a Guest Services Associate to provide outstanding service across phone, email, and chat channels. You will utilize CRM and POS systems to process transactions and support guest experiences, membership fulfillment, and program delivery.

You will liaise with multiple departments to ensure smooth check-ins and accurate reporting, while upholding safety protocols and handling sensitive information with integrity. The role runs Wednesday through Friday.

• Requires strong guest service skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to use CRM and POS systems effectively.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate service by phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain knowledge of CRM & POS systems and record transactions.
• Liaise across departments to support guest check-ins, programs, and membership fulfillment.
• Handle transactions and assist with lost-and-found while enforcing policies.
