Job summary

The Museum of Science in Boston is seeking a Temporary Membership Associate to support the Membership team during a busy season. This onsite, short-term role is 3 days per week with a mid-October start and an end date of 12/31/26.

Responsibilities include updating records for data hygiene, printing and mailing membership cards and gifts, and assisting with in-house mailings. Flexibility in days is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and confidentiality in handling data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Independent work with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or POS systems (Salesforce, Ticketure).

Responsibilities

• Update records to maintain data hygiene and correct inaccuracies.
• Print and mail membership cards and gift memberships.
• Assist with in-house mailings and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Membership Manager.
