Qualifications

• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience with hospitality and expert assistance.
• Support the team with product knowledge and client experience.
• Build client relationships via emails, handwritten notes, calls, and clienteling app to boost sales.
• Record and update client information to tailor future services.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to increase awareness.
• Maintain store displays per visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to replenish merchandise and ensure accessibility.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
