Loro Piana is seeking a Seasonal Store Support Specialist to join our luxury retail team in Palo Alto. You will assist store operations, support client advisors, and help deliver an elevated shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge and hospitality.

You will coordinate with team members, handle client inquiries, manage transactions, and support CRM and merchandising activities to sustain the brand’s high standards and drive key business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience with hospitality and expert assistance.
• Provide exceptional assistance and maintain product knowledge to enhance client experience.
• Build client relationships via emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and clienteling app to boost sales.
• Record and update relevant client information to improve future sales opportunities.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to increase awareness and interest.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise is replenished and accessible.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
