Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience with hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards.
• Support the team with product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
• Build client relationships through emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and our clienteling app.
• Record and update relevant client information to tailor services and future opportunities.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to increase product awareness.
• Assist in maintaining store displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with management and sales to ensure merchandise is replenished and accessible.
• Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors.
