You will handle client inquiries, assist with CRM-related tasks, help merchandise displays, and contribute to sales through personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Attention to detail, customer service and teamwork.
• General knowledge of sales, operations and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience with hospitality and expert assistance.
• Support the team with product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
• Build client relationships via emails, handwritten notes, phone calls and our clienteling app.
• Record and update client information to tailor future sales opportunities.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to increase awareness.
• Maintain store displays aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to replenish and maintain merchandise readiness.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
