Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a Seasonal Store Support Specialist for our Miami Design team to help deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience by assisting client inquiries, applying product knowledge, processing transactions, and supporting daily store operations.

You will collaborate with the sales team to build client relationships, maintain CRM data, and help keep merchandise and displays aligned with visual standards, using emails and our clienteling app for tailored service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience with hospitality and expert assistance.
• Support the team by maintaining product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
• Build client relationships via emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
• Support CRM by updating client information to tailor future services.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to boost awareness.
• Assist in maintaining store displays aligned with merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to ensure merchandise is replenished and accessible.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
