Job summary

Coach is a global fashion brand known for luxury retail service. The Sales Support Associate role contributes to store success by delivering friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and keeping the sales floor well organized.

You will help manage stock, assist with shipments, and uphold brand standards across all customer interactions. Teamwork is essential as you support floors, respond to customer needs, and participate in loss-prevention and housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
