Coach is a global fashion house renowned for luxury service. The Sales Support Associate role supports store success by delivering warm, efficient service at the cash wrap, maintaining a pristine floor, and ensuring smooth product flow from receipt to point of sale.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year in retail, strong English, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to multitask while upholding brand standards and loss-prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (luxury preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the market.
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills, and price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; stockroom upkeep.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and apply visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
