Responsibilities include greeting clients, operating POS accurately, handling stock shipments, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting team initiatives while upholding Loss Prevention guidelines. Evening, weekend, and peak-season flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills, and POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
