Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer devices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for US)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support local market and social media.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and stockroom.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention compliance.
