Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in New Orleans to join our luxury retail team. You will warmly welcome clients, operate POS, manage stock, and support store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

The role emphasizes brand representation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service in a luxury setting. Flexible schedule and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience in luxury or premium service preferred.
Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
Suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards.
Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom.
Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visuals.
Support floor activities and respond to customer requests.
Adhere to housekeeping and Loss Prevention guidelines.
Collaborate with team and management as needed.
