Coach in New Orleans is seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to assist customers, manage the sales floor, and ensure accurate point-of-sale operations. The role emphasizes brand standards, stockroom upkeep, and proactive customer service.

You will support merchandising, handle shipments, and assist with gift-card promotions while maintaining store cleanliness and Loss Prevention practices. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, ideally in luxury or high-end environments.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Strong English language skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism at the cash wrap.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement where appropriate.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and keep stockroom tidy.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising as needed.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently with teammates.
