Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in our New Orleans store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omnichannel selling.

As a frontline ambassador, you will build client relationships, use POS and social selling tools, participate in brand initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
