Job summary

Hermès Greenwich Boutique is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The position begins in November and runs through December 31st.

You will greet clients, assist the sales team, manage stock and floor presentation, wrap and package at point of sale, answer phones, and support after-sales activities while maintaining Hermes standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in a luxury environment.
• Support the selling process: hang and return merchandise, stock the floor, prepare stock room.
• Keep workstation and selling floor organized; ensure merchandise standards and restocking.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist with After Sales tasks; log repairs and maintain client records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
