Job summary

Hermès Boston Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist front and back‑of‑house operations in our luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 31, supporting the client experience in a fast‑paced setting.

Key duties include greeting clients, assisting the sales team, stocking, stock room prep, organizing the selling floor, supporting After Sales, and answering phones with professional service. In‑person work at the store is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; able to greet and assist clients professionally.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on experience and details.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to maintain store standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Capable of handling challenging situations with grace and composure.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and maneuver merchandise.
• In-person work at a Company-designated location is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service per Hermès standards; greet clients and assist with wrapping and packaging at the point of sale.
• Support the sales team with the selling process; hang, return, retrieve stock and prepare stock room.
• Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor; ensure items are stocked and displayed.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
