Job summary

Hermès Miami Boutique is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role reports to store management and collaborates with sales and selling support teams to elevate the client experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with selling processes, stocking and organizing merchandise, supporting client service, handling after-sales tasks, and answering phones with courteous service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs and work in-person at a Hermes location.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in a luxury environment.
• Support sales process: hang/unhang merchandise, return to floor, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Keep workstation and selling floor organized and stocked with bags, boxes, ribbons, and supplies.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales activities: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with courteous service.
