Job summary

The Hermès Greenwich Boutique in Greenwich, CT seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist front and back of house operations in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Beginning in November and running through December 31st, this temporary role focuses on clerical support, customer service, merchandising, stock organization, and assisting the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Regular in-person work at a company-designated location is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a physical retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service with greeting, assistance, and packaging at the point of sale.
• Support selling process: hanging, returning, stocking, and stock-room prep.
• Maintain floor standards and ensure items are stocked and presented.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales tasks: logging repairs, contacting clients, and record maintenance.
• Answer phones promptly with courteous customer service.
