Hermès Orlando Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join our luxury team. This temporary role supports front and back of house operations, ensuring a seamless client experience through clerical assistance, stock handling, and merchandising support.

The position runs from November through December 31st, offering a dynamic environment in which to contribute to high standards of service and teamwork within a fast-paced boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in a luxury environment.
• Support sales team with selling process and stock handling.
• Maintain organized selling floor and stock room.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter activities.
• Assist with After Sales processes, including repairs and client communication.
• Answer phones promptly with courteous customer service.
