Job summary

Hermès Princeton Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and front/back of house support in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role reports to store management and collaborates with the sales team to uphold the client experience.

Beginning in November and running through December 31st, duties include merchandising, stock organization, client service, after-sales logging, and phone coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Attention to detail is important for merchandising and stock handling.
• Excellent organization and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Assist sales team with selling process, stock retrieval, and stock room prep.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor standards; ensure items are stocked and organized.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist with After Sales duties: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
