Job summary

Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 30th, reporting to store management and collaborating with the sales and selling support teams to elevate client experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with sales processes, stock handling, and supporting after-sales activities, with a focus on service

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support sales process: hang, return, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor; ensure items are stocked and merch standards kept.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, appropriate customer service.
