Job summary

Hermès Greenwich Boutique is seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations. The role runs from November through December 31st and requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include assisting the sales team, stocking merchandise, organizing the stockroom, supporting client-facing activities, and handling After Sales tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to lift 0–25 lbs.
• Regular in-person work at a store location is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in Hermès luxury environment.
• Assist with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise, stocking, and floor upkeep.
• Keep workstation and selling floor stocked and organized at all times.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist with After Sales activities including logging repairs and client communication.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain courteous customer service.
