Job summary

Neiman Marcus seeks a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience during peak season. You will welcome clients at entrances, guide them to the right associate, and help with seamless store operations.

You bring at least 1 year of customer-centric sales experience, familiarity with retail tech, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. An amazing employee discount awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s).
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are warmly welcomed into Neiman Marcus at store entrances and within store departments.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customer with a member of the management team.
• Follow up on customer requests, questions and needs.
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations in partnership with Operations team.
• Partner to support Fitting Room Experiences when needed.
• Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery.
