Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience with our selling team during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver the extraordinary service that defines Neiman Marcus.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer-facing roles, familiarity with retail and mobile technologies, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and personalized services as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to the appropriate associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting the customer with a manager.
• Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations and Managers on duty.
• Assist with Fitting Room experiences when needed.
• Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience with services like Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, or package carry-out.
